How does booking work?

Choose the size of the property and your distance from the nearest city centre. The price appears immediately and payment is taken at checkout. You pick the exact address and time slot straight afterwards — no quote, no callback.
How is the travel distance calculated?

From the centre of the nearest city we cover: Nice, Monaco, Menton, Cannes or Antibes. Under 10 km there is no travel supplement at all. Between 10 and 25 km it is +30 €, between 25 and 40 km it is +60 €. If you are unsure which band applies, book the closest one and we will tell you if it needs changing.
Do I need to be present?

Not at all. You can be there, or arrange a key handover with the agency, the concierge or a neighbour in advance. A typical apartment takes about an hour on site.
Can I use the photos anywhere?

Yes. Usage rights are unrestricted and do not expire: listings, portals, Airbnb, Booking and social media are all covered, with no extra licence to buy.
