Can you shoot for a short-term rental rather than a sale?
Yes, and in Cannes it is a large part of the work. A rental shoot is a different job from a sales shoot — it sells a stay rather than documents a space, so the terrace, the light at the right hour and the details a guest imagines themselves in matter more than a complete room-by-room record. Same fixed prices either way.
How quickly can you shoot before the Festival?
Delivery is within 24 h of the shoot, so the constraint is the slot rather than the turnaround. The weeks before the Festival and MIPIM are the busiest of the year in Cannes — book earlier than you think you need to, and if the calendar is tight, tell us the deadline and we will say honestly whether we can meet it.
Do you charge extra to come to Cannes?
No. Cannes is one of the anchor cities, so the base price applies across the city and the surrounding bay. Nothing is added for travel.
Do you photograph the sea view?
Yes, and properly. The most common failure in Cannes listings is a balcony shot where the room is correctly exposed and the view behind it is a white rectangle. We expose for both so the interior and the bay appear in the same frame. For a property with a real view, the twilight add-on at 120 € gives you the cover image.
