What is the delivery time?
Photos are delivered within 24 h, often the same day, via a download link.
How much does it cost?
Prices are fixed and published. They depend on two things only: the size of the property, and how far it is from the nearest city centre. A studio within 10 km of the centre of Nice, Monaco, Menton, Cannes or Antibes is 180 €. A large property further out is 520 €. Nothing is added afterwards.
How is the travel distance calculated?
From the centre of the nearest city we cover: Nice, Monaco, Menton, Cannes or Antibes. Under 10 km there is no travel supplement at all. Between 10 and 25 km it is +30 €, and between 25 and 40 km it is +60 €. If you are not sure which band applies, book the closest one and we will tell you if it needs changing.
How many photos will I receive?
Between 20 and 40 retouched photos, depending on the size of the property. Every room plus the exterior, with full usage rights for listings, portals, Airbnb and social media.
Which language do you work in?
Shoots and calls are in English. You can write to us in English or French: booking, delivery and support are handled in writing. Because every price is published and the booking is done online, you can order the whole shoot without a single conversation, which is often faster than the usual quote-and-callback routine.
Do I need to be present during the shoot?
Not at all. You can be present, or arrange a key handover with the concierge or a neighbour in advance.
Do you have a rate for agencies and conciergeries?
Yes, a dedicated rate roughly 15% below the public price, bookable online, with the same photographer every time.
