Real estate photographer on the French Riviera: prices in 2026

Real estate photographer Cap-d'Ail: terrace with sea view, Airbnb apartment

A real estate photographer on the French Riviera costs 180 to 460 € at Nordblikk, depending on the size of the property. The price is final and there is no quote to request. The Nice photographers who publish their prices charge 120 to 250 € for an apartment, usually with fewer photos or travel fees on top. Here is our full price list, the add-ons, and a comparison with the public prices of two local photographers.

Nordblikk prices 2026: by surface and distance

The base price covers any property within 10 km of the centre of Nice, Monaco, Menton, Cannes or Antibes. Beyond that, one supplement only: 30 € between 10 and 25 km, 60 € between 25 and 40 km. Nothing else is added. The full list is on the prices page.

Property Under 10 km 10-25 km 25-40 km
Studio, up to 50 m² 180 € 210 € 240 €
Apartment, 51-100 m² 240 € 270 € 300 €
House, 101-200 m² 340 € 370 € 400 €
Large property, over 200 m² 460 € 490 € 520 €

Every shoot includes 20 to 40 photos depending on the size of the property, all rooms and exteriors, delivery within 24 hours in full resolution, and unrestricted usage rights for listings, portals, Airbnb, Booking and social media. Prices are final. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Add-ons and agency rate

Three add-ons can be attached to any shoot: the twilight shoot from 120 €, virtual staging at 49 € per photo and the 2D floor plan at 70 €. Estate agencies and concierge companies get an agency rate about 15 % below the public price from their first regular booking: 150 € for a studio, 205 € for an apartment, 290 € for a house and 390 € for a large property, within 10 km. No contract, no minimum volume, monthly invoicing available.

Comparison with published prices in Nice

Most photographers on the Riviera publish no prices at all. In September 2026 we collected the rates of two Nice photographers who do show them on their websites. The figures come straight from their pages. Always check the current price on the photographer's own site.

Photographer Published price What is included
Nordblikk, Cap-d'Ail (this site) 180 € studio, 240 € apartment, 340 € house, 460 € large property 20 to 40 photos, all rooms and exteriors, 24 h delivery, travel included within 10 km of five towns
Elodie Astier, Nice (elodieastier.fr/tarifs) 120 € incl. VAT studio or one-room, 160 € incl. VAT Airbnb or two to three rooms, quote above that 10 to 15 HDR photos in the first pack, 20 to 25 in the second. Travel included within 20 km of Nice
aSeed, Nice (photo.aseed.fr) 250 € up to 3 rooms, + 50 € per extra room, + 50 € exteriors, quote from 4 rooms One-hour session, 25 photos, 5 extra photos per additional room, 10 for exteriors. Travel costs extra

Three things stand out. First, the number of photos changes everything: 120 € for 10 to 15 photos and 180 € for 20 to 40 photos are not the same product. Second, the pricing model differs. A per-room rate climbs quickly on a three-bedroom apartment with a terrace (250 € + 50 € + 50 € = 350 €), where a per-surface rate stays at 240 € or 340 €. Third, travel: with us it is included up to 10 km from the centre of Nice, Monaco, Menton, Cannes or Antibes, which covers most of the coast between Cannes and the Italian border.

How much does a single real estate photo cost?

We do not sell photos individually. A shoot delivers 20 to 40 photos for a fixed price, which works out at roughly 5 to 12 € per photo depending on the property. Only the add-ons are priced per item: virtual staging 49 € per photo, 2D floor plan 70 €, twilight shoot from 120 €.

When do people look for prices?

The Google search "real estate photographer" in France peaks in late winter: 390 searches per month in March 2026 and 210 in February, against 10 to 30 in most other months (Google Ads data via DataForSEO, September 2025 to August 2026). The French search "photographe immobilier tarif" follows the same curve with 590 searches in May. Spring is the listing season, and it is also when shooting slots fill up fastest.
